Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Amir’s Bounce House

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

I, the undersigned (“Participant” or “Parent/Guardian”), in consideration of being permitted to use the inflatable equipment provided by Amir’s Bounce House, hereby agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that the use of inflatable bounce houses and party rental equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and physical injury.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether or not caused by the negligence of Amir’s Bounce House, its owners, employees, or agents.

By participating, I acknowledge that injuries may occur despite reasonable safety precautions and I willingly accept those risks.

2. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Amir’s Bounce House, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including medical expenses — arising out of or in any way connected with the use of rented equipment, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

This release applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and covers claims arising from participation in activities involving the rented equipment.

3. Safety Rules Acknowledgment

I agree to enforce the following safety rules for all participants under my supervision:

No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, or silly string inside the bounce house.
No flips, roughhousing, or climbing on the outside of equipment.
One age/size group at a time — no mixing of small children and large children.
Do not exceed the maximum weight or capacity limit posted on the equipment.
An adult must supervise children at all times.

I understand that failure to follow these rules increases the risk of injury and may result in termination of the rental without refund.

4. Medical Authorization

In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Amir’s Bounce House and its staff to seek emergency medical assistance on behalf of the participant(s) under my supervision.

I accept full financial responsibility for any medical treatment required.

This authorization is provided solely for emergency situations when immediate medical attention is necessary and the parent or guardian cannot be reached in time.

5. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amir’s Bounce House from any claims, demands, or causes of action brought by any participant under my supervision arising out of use of the rental equipment.

I understand that I am responsible for the actions of all participants under my supervision and agree to assume responsibility for any resulting claims or damages as permitted by law.

If any participant is under the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian must sign this waiver on their behalf.

By signing, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of all minor participants and that I consent to their participation and accept all terms of this waiver on their behalf.

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand this Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk, and I voluntarily agree to all of its terms and conditions.
